Gloria Williams is a Norfolk Native and Proud Virginian. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech, a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.

Gloria is best known for her passion for community development and empowerment. This passion has propelled her to a life dedicated to serving others. Gloria is an ordained minister and has served within church in many capacities, including Youth Pastor, Worship Leader and Foreign Missionary. Beyond the church, she remains active in her community serving roles including Financial Educator for BankOn of Hampton Roads, Treasurer for Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals and Volunteer for Norfolk Public Schools. 

Gloria is also an accomplished musician and spoken word artist, who has been afforded the opportunity to share her gifts nationally and internationally. Her creative heart is best depicted in her debut album entitled, “UNMUTE ME.” “UNMUTE ME,” which has become Gloria’s life motto, empowers others to uncover the greatness that lies within, using God’s love as a catalyst. 

Gloria declares that every day is an opportunity to live abundantly, humbly, and UNMUTED!!!
